- Digitize (scan) physical photos, negatives, slides and memorabilia and create a back-up to preserve memories for the generations and protection against loss.

If doing it all yourself feels overwhelming, we also offer full-service options where we handle everything for you.
How much does it cost?
Several factors determine the price, including:
the total number of photos

I am located across the country. How would that work?
Even if you live across the country, we can work together seamlessly.
Modern technology lets me organize your photo library remotely, just as if I were sitting beside you. During video calls, we can share screens, review photos, and make decisions together in real time.
If video calls aren’t practical, you can send your photos or a hard drive by mail, and I’ll handle the rest with the same level of care and communication.
What is a backup?
A backup is a copy of your photos and videos that ensures the safety of your prized memories. It can be useful in the case of unprecedented situations, for example:
- in the case of a damaged or stolen phone,
- restoring accidentally deleted images,
- and safeguarding your memories against natural disasters that cause damage to your home.
A backup is an essential foundation for good photo management.
How much time does it take?
Until I know more about your photos and objectives, I am unable to provide an estimate. The length depends on the how many photos you have, whether they are digital or physical, how they are currently organized, and what your search requirements are.

Your trust and privacy are essential to my business. Other than trusted printing partners, if applicable, no other person will see and handle your photos.
Should I store my photos in the cloud?

Cons – There are also some potential downsides to consider, such as:
- Potential security risks, if the service you’re using doesn’t have strong security measures in place, your photos may be at risk of being hacked or stolen.
- Cost of storage, depending on the service and the amount of storage you need, it can be expensive to store your photos in the cloud.
- Need for internet connection, you need internet connection to access your photos from the cloud.

Is there a risk that online photo services are discontinued and what are examples of that?
There is a risk that online photo services may be discontinued, which could result in the loss of access to your photos. This can happen for a variety of reasons, such as the company going out of business, changes in technology rendering the service obsolete, or a decision by the company to discontinue the service.
Examples of online photo services that have been discontinued include:
