Henk at your Your Photo Assistant did an incredible job scanning and cataloguing all of my mother’s photos in her print photo collection. He handled the photos with care, organizing them in a way that made it easy for her to enjoy and search the photos online. Henk was able to catalogue and digitize her original black and white photos going back from the late 1930’s through to the color photos of the 1970’s. Now, she will never lose these memories. Plus the digitized photos can be easily shared with other family members. I highly recommend Your Photo Assistant!

My experience working with Henk was exceptional! I had a large volume of photo’s, many in different sizes and formats, and Henk was able to sort it all out for me. The project went very well, was on time and I think a great value for the money. Although it’s hard to even put a price tag on having all my photo’s from as far back as the 1950’s (My parents photos too) right up to the latest pictures on my I-phone. I am enjoying sharing my photo library with family and friends in a easy to use memory stick. I would highly recommend contacting Henk, boxing up all your photo’s and letting him and his team sort it all out and get them back to you in an easy to view format. 5 stars!!

I have a HUGE photo library (over 5TB) that was a complete mess. It was scattered over several separate libraries, on a drive that had failed, and it had many duplicates – it was a huge challenge. I had wanted to tackle the clean up of my photo library for years. I spoke with several companies about this complex project of library consolidation, and it was very clear that no other company, or person, came close to having the deep knowledge and expertise of Photo Management that Henk has.

I was somewhat nervous about anyone working with my libraries, for fear of losing irreplaceable images and footage, but Henk’s safety first technique gave me total confidence. He was so patient with me, explaining the process before we embarked, and during the process his communication was excellent, I was constantly getting updates from him, and he was always super responsive on email answering my many questions.

I felt like my data was always safe with Henk, he worked in a very methodical and careful way, backing everything up before he even started, to mitigate any risk. The project was completed to perfection! Not one photo was lost, or corrupted, albums were intact, and all the meta data transferred successfully. Henk was also incredibly knowledgable about what hard drives I should use, he even purchased the drives for me, and delivered them with my new library installed and ready to plug in. It could not have been easier! My new library is beautifully organized and runs very efficiently.

Henk made – what was a daunting project – not only incredibly easy, but also fun. Henk was a delight to work with, he is thoughtful in his approach, and he cares deeply about making sure you are happy with the results. It has bought my family such joy having access to photos we have not seen in over a decade. I am already working on my next project with Henk – to digitize a box of old family photos.

I would not trust anyone else with such precious images. Henk cares about what he does deeply, he is an honest, and decent man who is generous with his time, he charges fairly and did the product on time and (under!) budget. I did so much research before engaging Henk, do not bother…he is THE expert to safely manage your priceless memories.

What a great experience it was working with Henk! I had two very old laptops (that would barely turn on) with thousands of old photos/videos of my children/pets etc and Henk was able to extract the files and organize them and save them onto an external drive as well as Icloud. It’s such a relief knowing these memories are saved and backed up in several locations. Henk was very patient with me and informative of his process along the way. I HIGHLY recommend Henk and Your Photo Assistant with any of your photo needs. I am immensely happy with this process.

After winning some hours of photo help with Henk, I needed to figure out how I was going to make use of my prize. With pointed questions, Henk was very good at helping me set clear goals around my photo storage and organization. During our first session he immediately helped solve what was an ongoing mystery about where stacks of my digital photos were stored, how to access them, and then how to integrate them into a complete library. Previously hidden from me, Henk was able to unearth my family’s history and bring it back into the present. In addition, as part of the integration and upgrade to the current operating system, he added keywords to my photos so that I could better find them later, which saved quite a bit of time on my part. Henk can advise on backup planning, and organizational models, and provide customers with key guides to working with software so you don’t forget how to execute the plan once he leaves the project.
